Marcello Giombini was born in Rome in 1928, the son of a music professor and Oboe specialist. He was a composer of secular music and film music as well known for his intetest in electronic music. Through the years he worked also with the aliases of K.Bytes and Pluto Kennedy. He worked also with Clan Alleluia and Marcello Giombini E La Sua Orchestra
Marcello Giombini established himself in the sixties and continued working through the seventies sucesfully as crreator and innovator of religious music also in liturgy. He composed the soundtracks for many films. He is mainly known for his Spaghetti westerns but he did write music for various other genres. Some of his most important scores are Caccia all'uomo (1961), America Di Notte (1961), Lasciapassare Per Il Morto (1962), Il Mondo Delle Spiaggie (1962), Sexy Al Neon (1962), La marcia su Roma (1962), Le città proibite (1963), Sexy nel mondo (1963), Il piacere e il mistero (1964), Tre pistole contro Cesare (1967), Ehi, amico c’è Sabata hai chiuso (1969), È tornato Sabata hai chiuso un’altra volta (1971), Zelda (1974) amd La Bestia nello Spazio (1980) In Italy he was a pioneer of electronic music.
He died on the 12th December 2003 in Assisi, Italy.
