Pete Anthony  (orchestrator for  King  Kong,  Batman  and Terminator amongst others),  Michael Giacchino (The Incredibles, Star Trek) and Christopher Young (Spiderman 3, Nightmare in Elm Street, etc.). Navarro had the pleasure of collaborating with Christopher Young through working as an orchestrator, creating suites to his film music.

Navarro has recorded in some of the most notable studios of Los Angeles, including Capitol Records, Paramount Pictures and Warner Bros. After finishing his studies, he was awarded with the "Harry Warren Endowed Scholarship for Scoring for Motion Pictures and TV" prize, as the most advanced graduating student on his course.

Today Oscar Navarro holds many national and international composition awards and his music is performed in major performance venues across the world by some of the leading orchestral and wind ensembles, including The Symphonic Wind Ensemble of Madrid, Symphonic Wind Ensemble of Valencia, Alicante, Bilbao and A Coruña, Spanish Youth Symphony (JONDE), Youth Orchestra of the Generalitat Valenciana (JOGV), Symphony Orchestra of Caldas (Colombia), Symphony Orchestra of Principado of Asturias (Spain), Symphony Orchestra of Medellin (Colombia), Symphony Orchestra of Region of Murcia (Spain), Royal College of Music Film Orchestra (London, UK), Symphony Orchestra of Paraguay, Radio Orchestra of Kiev (Ucraine), Downey Symphony Orchestra (Los Angeles, USA),  Cleveland Orchestra (Ohio, USA), Louisville Symphony (Kentucky, USA), Princeton Symphony Orchestra (New Jersey, USA) and The Hollywood Studio Orchestra to name a few. Some of Navarro’s most professional highlights include participating as music director in a benefit concert organised by the former Consul of Spain in Los Angeles, Mr. Inocencio Arias, in the prestigious Bovard Auditorium of Los Angeles in 2009, the tour of his "CONCERTO" for clarinet and orchestra performed by the Spanish Youth Symphony of Spain and the world premiere of his quartet “CREATION”in the Lincoln Center of New York by international clarinet soloist José-Franch Ballester.

During his profesional career Navarro has been commissioned by the Army and Navy Orchestra of Winds of Brussels, Network of schools of Medellin (Colombia), International Music Competition of Altea (Alicante), Valencian Institute of Music (Spain), Youth Orchestra of Generalitat Valenciana (Spain), The City of Downey (California, USA), University of Southern California “Trojan Marching Band”, and "José-Franch Ballester & Friends" (New York, USA) amongst others. As a rising conductor, Navarro has led many ensembles including the Symphonic Wind Ensemble of Alicante, Wind Ensemble and Choir of the “Network of schools of Medellin” (with which ensemble he conducted his acclaimed “The Seven Trumpets of Apocalypse”with more than 350 musicians on stage), Requena Philharmonic (Valencia, Spain), Radio Orchestra of Kiev ,Symphonic Orchestra of Macedonia and the “Santa Cecilia” Symphony Orchestra (Excelentia Fundation).

Within his busy schedule, Oscar Navarro is often asked to give master classes for both film and classical music, including the 25th festival of Cinema “Jove” (Valencia, Spain), CIFICOM (Sci-Fi Film Festival of Madrid), International Music Festival of Xàtiva (Valencia, Spain), Chapman University (Orange County, California), University of Louisville (KY), Princeton Symphony Orchestra(NJ), II International Wind Ensembles Symposium (Medellin, Colombia), Symphony Orchestra of Mazinales (Colombia) and University of Southern California (Los Angeles,CA)
Future engagements include taking part in the Tanglewood Music Festival as guest composer  and The Cleveland Orchestra will perform his “II CONCERTO” for clarinet.

This year (2013), Oscar has been nominated for the “HOLLYWOOD MUSIC IN MEDIA AWARDS”(for Best Album –“LA MULA”), having already been awarded a distinction within the classical music category in 2012.

Oscar continued his studies of composition and conducting at the "Allegro International Music Academy" of Valencia, with his mentor and friend Ferrer Ferrán. Shortly after he was selected by the prestigious University of Southern California Thornton School of Music (Los Angeles, USA) to study Scoring for Motion Picture and TV.  In Los Angeles he studied under the tutelage of renown composers such as Joel McNeely  (Peter  Pan 2,  The Guardian),
