José Sánchez-Sanz is a composer, pianist and orchestral conductor. His long career has led him through audiovisual and stage media, and academic research. After finalizing his musical studies and his Phd he has become a restless artistic globetrotter investigating any place in which music can find a space of expression.
And film is the most developed space. He composed music for films as Call TV, 249. La noche en que una becaria encontró a Emiliano Revilla, La Pantalla Herida, Amor Tóxico, Faraday, apart from works for Television, advertising and on stage shows. He has also worked as keyboard-player and writing arrangements for pop bands too, as, for example, the string arrangements for the LP Cardiopatia Severa from the spanish band Ellos. He also lectures in Music composition for the Media in the Music Composition Degree at the Universidad Europea de Madrid.
