The "Promenade" single catches the attention of the international media thanks to its music video directed by Ridley Scott's collaborator Alessandro Bavari. "Wating for you", written with Lisbon Kid's singer Danny De Matos, is warmly welcomed by UK synthpop audience and gains a good airplay. "Radiowave" (feat. Garbo & Andy Bluvertigo) peaks at #1 on iTunes Alternative Chart on its release day and it's radio-premiered by Visage's founder Dj Rusty Egan. Both the 2018 singles are released on legendary electronic label Wall of Sound UK.
As a remixer, Eugene has worked for Lisbon Kid, Denis the Night & the Panic Party, Caravaggio, Claudio Simonetti, Roger Lyons + Louis Gordon (John Foxx & the Maths), Ottodix, Azzurro 80, releasing his remixes since 2014.
On the soundtracks side, Eugene writes the music for Nicola Saccą's photo exhibition "(d)istanti - diario di suoni" in 2001, then for documentaries (K2 Freedom - 2007, Norba la Cittą di Pietra - 2009, Borghi di Sicilia - 2017) and for many independent short films and multimedia installations. In 2015 Eugene produces Magdalena Hill's "Lavender Braid" film soundtrack, with videoart pioneer Gary Hill's supervision in his studio in Seattle: this project also features the amazingly talented Susanna Buffa (vocals), Andrea Libero Cito (violin) and Pierpaolo "Spirangle" Caputo (hurdy-gurdy, reverb machines). After a long time spent screening in festivals all over the world, "Lavender Braid" is now available for streaming online and the soundtrack is released on prestigious Kronos Records label, pulled by avant-garde pop single "Queen Bee".
